This long standing yearly costume contest is all about fun! Entertainment provided during the event and special treat bags for each participant. This event lasts about an hour and is open to all pre-kindergarten children. The winner of this event will ride in our Big Parade of Little People parade that same day in the afternoon to show off their spooktacular costume!
