Committee meetings are the 4th Monday of each month at 7 p.m. Meeting location is in the lower level of the Anoka American Legion. Meetings are not held in the month of December.

Anoka Halloween Capital of the World® is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3), non-profit organization. Anoka Halloween Capital of the World® Festival is planned and coordinated entirely by volunteers.
