Parade applications (including business and organization applications -- new this year) will be available online starting August 1st. They will not be mailed out. Deadline for applications is September 15th.

Forms and Applications

Single cars or trucks will not qualify as a parade entry
No political groups allowed in or on parade routes
No campaigning
No commercial vehicles
No RVs
All floats for the Lite Up the Night parade must have lights, music and a theme
Hand outs must be approved
No convertibles are provided. You must have your own vehicle and float
No clean up for animals provided
Estimated float length no more than 30' and height 13'5" unless approved (combined truck/float 55')

Each application received is reviewed by the Anoka Halloween General Festival Committee. We reserve the right to deny any application.
