Anoka Halloween Parade Route

Guidelines for Anoka Halloween Parades

  • Single cars or trucks will not qualify as a parade entry
  • No political groups allowed in or on parade routes
  • No campaigning
  • No commercial vehicles
  • No RVs
  • All floats for the Lite Up the Night parade must have lights, music and a theme
  • Hand outs must be approved
  • No convertibles are provided. You must have your own vehicle and float
  • No clean up for animals provided
  • Estimated float length no more than 30' and height 13'5" unless approved (combined truck/float 55')

Each application received is reviewed by the Anoka Halloween General Festival Committee. We reserve the right to deny any application.
